We are selling Big Burn. Not because we don't love it, but because we would like to build new on land we recently bought.

The house was completely gutted in 2006. New cabinets, carpet, drywall, solid wood doors, tile floors, corian counters. Just about everything was replaced. In 2007, we built a 900 square foot garage to store all your personal toys. We expanded the decks to include a 100 square foot deck off the third floor master bedroom (great view of the slopes) and a 300 square foot deck on the second level off the living room and dining area. In addition, we hooked up to sanitary sewer in 07.
