Caribou
In the winter, the Caribou has a swimming pool. There are lockers, showers and a sauna. In the basement, the Caribou also has mini golf.

Pretty Lake
about 10 miles east of Bessemer on Hwy. 2. There is a sandy beach to swim in and the water is warm.

Lost Lake
about a 15 minute drive. Take Powderhorn road north to Black River Road and turn left. Take Black River Road to Airport Road and turn Left. Take Airport Road to Lake Road and turn right. Follow Lake road. It will turn left and the right and then left. About ¼ mile after the left turn will be a dirt road. It is not marked but there is a sign that says park closes at 10:00. It will be right after a dirt road that is market private on the right. The park is very hard to find but worth it. The lake is clear, clean and warm. Fishing is great but no motors.

Rainbow Falls
ONLY IN SUMMER. Rainbow falls is very dangerous in the spring (see the picture in the basement). In the summer is it great swimming. Park at the Rainbow falls parking area and follow the path. Walk down the steps (you will know because there are 100+ of them) and then there is a path to the water. It is great fun and not to hard for the kids. Just be CAREFUL!
